How Founder OS handles your data.

Overview

Founder OS is a single-user personal cockpit operated by the founder of askKira. It is not a multi-tenant SaaS — there is no signup, no shared infrastructure, no cross-tenant access surface. This privacy policy covers data that Founder OS itself collects and processes; for the wider askKira platform, see askkira.com/policies/.

What we collect

• Founder configuration: name, email, role, voice guidelines, brand hub — entered manually into founder.json.
• Agent state: each AI agent (Emily, Robert, Dave, etc.) writes its working state, KPIs, drafts and outcomes to its own data directory.
• Contacts: contact records pulled in by agents from sources you've explicitly connected (Gmail scan, manual import, Librarian directories).
• Outreach logs: drafts produced, sends attempted, replies received, outcomes logged.
• Audit log: sign-in events, login failures, lockouts, sign-outs, destructive mutations (project deletion, pipeline changes), written to data/audit.log. No passwords or request bodies.

AI training

None of the data processed by Founder OS is used to train any AI model. Foundation models (Anthropic) are called via API under terms that explicitly prohibit training on customer data. Brave Search is called for web discovery and returns public-web results only.

Contact data and third parties

When agents send outreach emails, recipient details (name, email, organisation) are written to disk locally so the agent can track responses. This is the founder's own CRM, operated under the founder's legitimate-interest basis under UK GDPR. Recipients can opt out (DNC) at any time; once added to the do-not-contact list, every agent will refuse to contact them again.

Retention

• Agent state, KPIs, drafts: retained while the agent exists. Deleted irreversibly when the agent is removed.
• Audit log: retained for 90 days then rotated.
• Backups: incremental, encrypted, retained 30 days.
• Do-not-contact list: retained indefinitely. We cannot honour an opt-out without remembering it.
